Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following information regarding our shipping policies:
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Return Process
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase in our webshop. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase.
Step 1
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags still attached. It must also be in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@itsfuturistic.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will give you further instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to make sure it meets the requirements of our returns policy. If the item meets our returns policy, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately at info@itsfuturistic.com We will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue a full refund, including the cost of shipping and handling.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of items from the last sale or items purchased during a sale or liquidation sale.
